AHV-IV Vehicle Start-Stop Procedure
AHV-IV - Vibrator pump runs unusually noisy, may be vibrating.
AHV-IV - Vibrator low-pressure gauge does not indicate an increase in pressure 20 seconds after the engine is started
AHV-IV - Decreasing or low operating pressure on vibrator high- or low-pressure gauge
AHV-IV - Unusually high oil temperature
AHV-IV - Vibrator pump surging, hydraulic gauges indicate erratic or fluctuating pressure when mass is not operating
AHV-IV - Vibrator high pressure drops off during sweep and does not recover
AHV-IV - Sluggish mass operation or mass does not operate at all
AHV-IV - Lift system operation is sluggish when actuated up or down or will not operate in one direction or the other
AHV-IV - Pressure in air system too low (below 80 psi), or no air pressure with the engine running
AHV-IV - Front or rear drive low-pressure hydraulic gauge does not indicate an increase in pressure 20 seconds after the engine is started
AHV-IV - Front or rear drive hydraulic circuit indicates excessively high oil temperature
AHV-IV - Decreasing or rapid drop in low pressure in either the front or rear drive hydraulic circuit while pumps are stroked
AHV-IV - Steering wheel turns very hard or will not turn in one or both directions
AHV-IV - Service brakes (wet disc brakes) are mushy when engaged or will not function at all
AHV-IV - Steering wheel must be turned too many revolutions to actuate the trunnion; steering is sluggish
AHV-IV - Lift assembly will not operate up or down when actuated; no hydraulic problems detected; lift power switch is ON
AHV-IV - Vehicle will not move; all pressures are normal
AHV-IV - Diff-lock partially engaged
AHV-IV - No drive motor RPM indication using the Plus+1 Service Tool
AHV-IV - Front and rear drive motor high pressures are not synchronized
